Project Atigi celebrates the legacy, craftsmanship and traditions of Inuit design. Canada Goose was born in the North and for generations, have been inspired by its people, communities and landscapes.

When translated into English, the Inuktitut word “atigi” means “parka”. In a literal sense, that’s the story behind this initiative: we’ve partnered with Inuit designers to make one-of-a-kind parka collections, year after year.

This year, we’ve partnered with renowned Inuk fashion designer Victoria Kakuktinniq to create a limited-edition capsule collection of three styles in rich colours that evoke the Northern Lights. Each style is finished with a bespoke tattoo trim that reflects Victoria’s strength, story, and inspiration: The design represents key milestones in her life and is a tribute to her family.
