At Canada Goose, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Orders placed on our website can be returned in the same country/region where the initial purchase was made. Complimentary return labels are available within 30 days of your purchase date provided the item(s) meet the return conditions:

• Unwashed
• Unworn
• Original tags still attached

Additional Return Conditions for Footwear include:

• Both sets of laces
• Dustbags
• Physical case

Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded.

Please note all collaborations and candles are final sale and are not eligible for a return, with the exception of Angel Chen.

Shipping Policy:

Enjoy complimentary Standard shipping and returns on all orders. Upgrade to Express shipping for $25 or Next Day shipping for $35. All addresses within Canada use UPS delivery. In efforts to minimize physical interactions, customers will be asked to verify the recipient's name in place of a physical signature for orders paid by Gift Card, Paypal, Klarna, and Next Day shipping.

Next Day Shipping

Orders placed before 1:00pm (EST) Monday through Friday will be delivered by the end of the next business day. Some postal codes and rural addresses may take longer for delivery. If orders placed after 1:00pm [EST] or on a holiday, the package will be delivered by the end of the following business day.
